Curtsylicious Candles

We've been working with a local candle company to produce a Curtsy Bella candle. Haley Sullivan, owner of Rendezvous Candles helped us out and we're thrilled with the result. The scent of the Curtsylicious Candle is Italian Sugar and it smells just as sweet and sexy as it sounds. These candles are made from clean burning soy wax and have lead free wicks.


Seems like baby gifts have been flying out the door the past several days. A great gift for the expectant parents is the Safe Baby Pregnancy Tips Book. It's filled with helpful tips and illustrations. One page tells the mother to be to get more fluids - the "Do" picture shows her filling up her cup at the water cooler - the "Don't" picture shows her filling up her cup at a beer keg. As an added bonus, it includes a mini Wheel of Responsibility. Spin the wheel and see who gets to do the next diaper change, midnight feeding etc.


Snick dog and I are heading to Pullman early tomorrow morning to the Washington State University Veterinary Teaching Hospital. The plan is that they will examine him tomorrow and then do the surgery on Tuesday. We are both so ready - he is completely sick of being carried everywhere, and I feel the same about having every piece of clothing covered with dog hair from carrying him.
